Vander Pol & Zager is a Public Accounting practice with offices in Bellevue
and Seattle. Vander Pol & Zager was formed in July 1999 with its two principals
combining for more than 50 years of experience.

| Jay Vander Pol |
|
 |
Jay is the President of Vander Pol & Zager, P.S., a CPA firm
with offices in Bellevue and Seattle. He has been in public accounting
for over 30 years in the greater Seattle area.
Jay has been active in the Redmond Rotary Club for 25 years, serving as President
and Treasurer. He also served on the Board of Directors for Bellevue
Christian School for 13 years.
Jay earned his B.A. at Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa. Jay has also pursued graduate studies at Golden Gate University.
Jay manages the Bellevue office. |

| Cynthia Brog |
|

Cynthia has been in public accounting in Seattle, Washington and Houston,
Texas since 1994. Prior to public accounting she was the
controller for Tolan Freight Traffic Service and related companies since
1996. Cynthia has served on various boards and was
an active member of the Washington society of CPAs non-profit committee
from 1994 through 1997.
Cynthia earned her B.B.A. at Pacific
Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington.

| Diane Zager |
|
 |
Diane has been in public accounting since 1984 and became
an enrolled agent in 1985. She now manages the Seattle office. |

| Susan Teng |
|
 |
Susan received a B.S in Microbiology and Medical Technology from
the University of Washington and worked for Group Health Hospital from
1981 – 1988.
Since 2006, she is the Customer Accounts Manager for Ensio Resources,
Inc.
Susan has served 6 years on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee
and is currently the Scrip Fundraising Coordinator at Bellevue Christian
School.

| Pretty Bird |

After spending five years in public accounting serving the Bellevue
office, Pretty Bird has retired to "home" life. We miss the daily entertainment
of him answering the phone and greeting his favorite visitors to the
office.
